What an awesome experience! Zlatko in sales made myself, two kids and VERY pregnant wife feel super welcome and not pressured upon arrival. He know his product well and helped us into our next ride that was clearly made ready for its new home with a perfect detail, full service and fuel tank. Easy negotiation to a fair price in the market that took minutes not hours.. A shout out to the manager on duty (a seasoned veteran who was a cool cat and doled out ZERO bs while appraising our trade car. His name is eluding me as I write this post, sorry!) Then Amanda in the Biz Office made it a walk in the park to get the right loan at prime. To top it off, Zlatko put the icing on the cake by bringing the car out to our home the day after finalizing the numbers and financing, because we had delivered a baby girl over night! Gold standard and all around first class. We literally can't say one negative thing about the entire experience. Thanks Dueck, keep up the good work, we love our new baby limo!

This review is to thank the service department of Downtown Dueck for help with the issues I've had with a recurring problem with my 2015 Corvette Z51. It's a truck a related problem where the AFM valve actuators in the exhaust burn out due the sustained high heat caused while on track. Unlike most high performance car manufacturers GM warranties the Corvette while on track so I have had the actuators replaced 4 or 5 times now under warranty. But it's still a pain in the rear to go through taking your car in so much for this problem, plus my warranty is up in the fall of this year, so no more freebies after that. The service department lead by Adrian the service manager down to the tech that does the work have been very open to thinking outside the box and working with me to try different solutions to fix the problem permanently. The first couple of tries have not been successful but now I have purchased an aftermarket part that is supposed to solve this issue and they again were willing to install it in the hopes that this would be the final fix. Time will tell if this part is the solution or not, but the willingness to work with me and not refuse to try anything that isn't in their service manuals is what I am so impressed with.

Had a great experience dealing with Mak on a new truck. By far the most comfortable, honest experience I've had with a dealership. He went the extra mile in every way possible to find me the right vehicle despite the inventory shortages, and worked hard on my behalf to get the best trade in value for my old truck. I will definitely contact him again when it's time to look into another vehicle and recommend anyone who is looking to get in touch with Mak.

Finally I got to deal with some great mechanic people. Marco is the best with 27 years of experience behind his belt and it shows. Michael was also great from the moment I spoke with him over the phone. Thanks guys for everything you did today. I will definitely be coming back for all the future repairs.
